These days to make sure that you’re getting all the email you’re sent. You want to make sure that mail is not ending up in your spam or junk email folder. All modern email readers have a feature called white listing to make sure that you can identify emails that you never want to be considered as junk. Here is an a hotmail account and I’ll give you a brief demonstration on how to whitelist one or more email addresses for hotmail.
Start by going to the settings gear.

And view all outlook settings.

And go to the mail section if it is not already selected and then junk email.

Here you can list email addresses or domains that you never want to receive email from and safest cinders and domains that you never want those emails to be considered as spam.
Click the Add button and add spam email, ex: Frank@databounce.com.

I have no idea if that’s a real email address or not but if it exists and someone ever sent me an email from Frank@databounce.com.
It would never go to my spam folder even if it were obviously spam.
Now let’s say that Frank and Betty both worked at databounce.com and I wanted to I could just keep adding more and more addresses from databounce. As I worked with more and more people at databounce. but eventually I’d get pretty tired of that and I would add the entire domain and data bounce.com- the part after the @sign is called the domain.
And now I can even delete the specific addresses in all email from databounce.com com will always be accepted as legitimate email.
